February Adult Test Month

We are on the build up to the test this month, things are getting really exciting. I’m more than confident in my students being able to do everything they need to do, but this will be my very first time running a test and grading students. I would have preferred to have had more time with Narita Sensei gaining experience supporting the club in the UK when they were doing test, but I will do my best otherwise.

The kids have taken really well to the new curriculum this month and are all very keen to get their first badge - Obi tying badge. On the first lesson this month I had them all do a trial test and they all did really well. The main problem they all faced was making sure the two lengths were the same. I gave some hints at how to fix this, so hopefully some of them will pass it this Monday.
